    Thoroughly illustrated in colour, this wonderful volume epics the history of the City of London Real Property Company's history between 1864 and 1964. 

    The company was founded in 1864, largely to invest in office buildings. 

    With a folding plate, and striking illustrations throughout, depicting key figures of the company, a facsimile of Indenture dated 1539, as well as stunning photographs of London properties.

    Condition

    In publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, excellent. General minor shelf wear to extremities, with a small crack in cloth to spine. Faint mark to front board. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
