With descriptive and historical text by Michelangelo Muraro and Andre Grabar. Muraro was a student of Giuseppe Fiocco and dedicated himself to the study and preservation of Venetian art and architecture. Grabar was one of the 20th-century founders of the study of the art and icons of the Eastern Roman Empire.

In the original cloth binding. With the original unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, fine. Dust wrapper is mildly edge-worn, otherwise very smart indeed. Internally, firmly bound with bright and clean pages.
