'The Spy Who Loved Me' is the ninth Bond novel, the shortest and most sexually explicit within Fleming's series.
This novel is a departure from the others in the series, as it is told in first person by a young Canadian woman, with Bond not appearing in the novel until two-thirds of the way through.
In 1977 the novel was made into a film with Roger Moore as Bond.
Condition
In the publisher's original cloth binding, with unclipped dust wrapper. A touch of shelf wear to back strip tail, with light rubbing to joints, otherwise externally excellent. Dust wrapper back strip lightly age toned, with small loss of paper to back strip head and tail, and with handling marks to the rear wrap, which is lightly age toned. Minor tide mark towards dust wrapper back strip head. Internally, firmly bound. Pages clean and bright.
