In the original publisher's full cloth binding. Externally very smart with minor shelf wear and a minor bumping to the head and tail of the spine and extremities, minor marking to the boards and only a hint of fading to the spine. The dust wrapper is unclipped and generally smart with minor shelf wear and chipping to the head and tail of the spine, a minor closed tear to front wrap. With the publisher's advance reading copy slip loosely inserted. Internally, firmly bound. With a minor mark to the fore edge, otherwise the pages are bright and clean throughout, only the marginal minor pencil underlining to the occasional leaf. Illustrated with maps and plans.
