    In the publisher's original clipped dust wrapper.

    With gutter code D 37 as called for. 

    Written by cosmologist Fred Hoyle and author and television producer John Elliot, this novelisation concerns a group of scientists who detect a radio signal from another galaxy that contains instructions for the design of an advanced computer.

    Condition

    In the publisher's original cloth binding, with clipped dust wrapper. Externally, excellent, with bumps to back strip head and tail. Loss of paper to dust wrapper back strip tail, with loss and significant closed tear to back strip head. Small loss of paper to tail of front wrap. Spotting to rear wrap. Internally, firmly bound. Pages clean and bright.
