What Our Customers Say...
Description
First Edition, Original Binding, Publishers' Original Binding, With Dustwrapper
First edition. A Cool and Lam novel. Lamont Hawley represented an insurance company that smelled a rat about a traffic accident claim. The trouble was the claimant had drifted away after being most co-operative and level-headed. In fact so level-headed that she almost sounded like a professional. Written by Erle Stanley Gardner, under the pen name A. A. Fair, an American author and lawyer, best known for the Perry Mason series of legal detective stories.
Condition
In the original full cloth binding. Externally, very smart with minor wear and the odd small mark to the boards. Original unclipped dust wrapper is also very smart with minor wear to the extremities and a small mark to the rear panel. Internally, firmly bound.
