A charming pop-up edition of 'Puss in Boots', a beloved European fairy tale, following an anthropomorphic cat on his plots of trickery and deceit.
A colourfully illustrated pop-up edition by the Czech artist Vojtěch Kubašta, who is well known for his works of various pop-up books. He also illustrated pop-up books of 'Little Red Riding Hood', 'Snow White', and 'Cinderella'.
All pop-ups and moving tabs are complete and in full working order.
Collated, complete.
Condition
In the original publisher's quarter cloth binding with paper to the boards. Externally, smart. Minor bumping to the extremities. Spine is faded. Light rubbing to the cloth and extremities. A couple of minor marks and boards. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean, with a couple of spots. All pop-ups and moving tabs are complete and in full working order.
