With recipes and menus from Rosemary Ethel Hume, an English chef and writer who taught at Le Cordon Bleu cookery school in London, and co-devised coronation chicken in 1953. Illustrated by Lesley Blanch, a British writer, illustrator, and traveller. Edited by Anthony Marr, the son and only child of Constance Spry. With an introduction from Elizabeth Home, the Countess of Home.
Condition
In the original full cloth binding. Externally, very smart with minor wear to the extremities and the odd small mark. Original unclipped transparent dust wrapper is also smart with light wear and the odd small mark. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean. A red sticker to the front pastedown.
