The fiver plays in this volume are: The Farmers Hotel, The Searching Sun, The Champagne Pool, Veronique and The Way It Was.

O'Hara was one of America's most prolific writers of short stories, credited with helping to invent 'The New Yorker'  short story style.

His work was praised by such contemporaries as Ernest Hemingway and F. Scott Fitzgerald.

Condition

In the publisher's original paper wraps, with cloth tie. Externally, excellent, with small chip to front wrap tail. Ink publisher's inscriptions to tail of front wrap title label. Internally, firmly bound. Pages clean and bright.
