The Caretaker is a psychological study of power, allegiance and innocence between two brothers and a tramp. This was Pinter's first play to garner significant commercial success.
The Collection is a comedy featuring two couples who become intriguingly intertwined.
The Lover is a one-act play that contrasts bourgeois domesticity with sexual intrigue.
Harold Pinter was a Nobel Prize wining playwright, screenwriter, director and actor.

In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, very smart. Light bumping to the spines. Both copies have previous owner ink and a bookseller stamp to the front free endpaper. Internally, firmly bound with bright clean pages. Small stain to the top right of the front free endpaper to the title page of The Caretaker. In the original unclipped dustwrapper. Rubbing and fading to the joints and extremities. The wraps are faded and marked.
