These poems relay his life from his early memories of a middle-class home in Edwardian Hampstead, London, to his premature departure from Magdalen College, Oxford.

In the publisher's original cloth binding, with unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, fine. Dust wrapper back strip lightly age toned, with spotting to perimeters of front wrap, and minor closed tears to back strip head. Internally, firmly bound. Pages clean and bright.
