What Our Customers Say...

Description

First Edition, Original Binding, Publishers' Original Binding, With Dustwrapper

First UK edition. A Cool and Lam novel. Daphne Beckly offers Cool and Lam partnership and an extraordinarily large retaining fee for the discovery of her missing husband - dead or alive. Then fourteen-year-old Sandra Eden tearfully pleads for help finding her missing Uncle Amos, and it doesn't take long to sense a connection between these two cases. Written by Erle Stanley Gardner, under the pen name A. A. Fair, an American author and lawyer, best known for the Perry Mason series of legal detective stories.

Condition

In the original full black cloth binding. Externally, excellent. Original unclipped dust wrapper is smart with light wear and minor chipping to the extremities. Minor sunning to the spine with the odd small mark. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with light scattered spotting predominantly to the first and last few pages.
