    Publishers' Original Binding, With Dustwrapper

    The second edition of this striking poem by Wyndham Lewis, in which he ruminated on the issues that face contemporary life. Originally written in 1933, this is an important and dramatic poem by Lewis.

    In the original unclipped dust wrapper.

    With a foreword by T. S. Eliot.

    Condition

    In the original publisher's cloth binding, in the original unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, smart. A small amount of fading to the head and tail of the spine. A couple of light marks to the boards. Spots to the fore edge. Prior owner's ink inscription to the recto of the front endpaper. Dust wrapper is a little edge worn, with a small chip to the head of the spine, and a tear to the tail. Spine is age-toned. A few light marks to the dust wrapper, including a few faint tidemarks to the front wrap. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
