Description
Publishers' Original Binding, Very Scarce
Bound in the publisher’s pictorial wraps.
A very scarce work.
A collection of five records, double-sided, containing four gripping Sherlock Holmes tales, read by Anglo-South Africa actor Basil Rathbone, who was known for his impressive Shakespearean stage work.
Comprised of five records containing the following stories: ‘A Scandal in Bohemia’, ‘The Red-Headed League’, ‘The Adventure of the Speckled Band’ and ‘The Adventure of the Blue Carbuncle’.
These thrilling tales feature the much-loved characters of Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson, the creation of British author Arthur Conan Doyle.
These records are suitable to be played on any 16rpm record player or any 33 1/3 rpm phonograph. Records have not been tested, however appear to be in good condition.
