Includes a large collection of drink recipes from coolers and fizzes to toddies and smashes. With additional commentary on wines, port, sherry, liqueurs, minerals, cordials, syrups, and medicinal hints. Written by Andre Simon, a French-born wine merchant, gourmet, and prolific writer about wine. Produced for the United Kingdom Bartenders Guild, the oldest surviving Bartenders trade guild in the world, and a founding member of the International Bartenders Association, representing the interests of the British bar industry on the international stage.
Condition
In the original full cloth binding. Externally, smart with light rubbing to the extremities with the odd small mark to the cloth. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with the odd small spot. Artist's ink inscription to the front endpaper.
