Description

Publishers' Original Binding, With Dustwrapper

An early US Book Club Edition, published in the same year as the first edition.

Identified by the presence of 'Book Club Edition' to tail of front flyleaf, rather than a price as with the true first.

In the original unclipped dust wrapper.

Set in a student hostel, Hercule Poirot investigates a series of petty thefts. Shortly after he identifies the culprit, she is found murdered, the first in a series of suspicious deaths.

Published in the UK as 'Hickory Dickory Dock'.

Condition

In the publisher's original cloth binding, with unclipped dust wrapper. A touch of shelf wear to back strip tail, otherwise externally excellent.
