This collection is comprised of many works relating to Jane Austen and the Jane Austen Society. This includes the following:
Twenty annual reports for the Jane Austen Society, from 1953-1972. Established in 1940, this organisation's main aim is to foster the appreciation and knowledge surrounding the works of Jane Austen. These reports contain information on the annual general meeting, with photos to accompany the items discussed.
My Aunt, Jane Austen, A Memoir, by Caroline Austen. Published by the Jane Austen Society in 1952.
Jane Austen in Bath, by Jean Freeman. Published for the Jane Austen Society in 1969.
Jane Austen in London, by Winifred Watson. Published by the Jane Austen Society in 1960.
A catalogue for the Jane Austen Bicentenary Loan Exhibition, which was organised by the Jane Austen Society and took place at Jane Austen's House in Chawton, 1975. This exhibition included the Prince Regent's copy of the first edition of Emma, lent by Her Majesty the Queen.
A record of the ceremony of the Jane Austen Centenary Memorial, in which a memorial was unveiled at Chawton by Sir Frederick Pollock on 18th July 1917. With an ink inscription of Constance Hill, a writer and devoted Jane Austen fan, known for her works on the author.

Condition
In the original publisher's paper wraps. Externally, smart, with light edgewear and the occasional mark to wraps. Light fading in places. Chemises are in very good condition, with light shelf wear and the occasional handling mark. Internally, the works are firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
