A charming four volume collection of Noddy Strip books. Containing: Noddy Gets Captured, published in 1953. Noddy and Tricky Teddy, published in 1957. Noddy's Bag of Money, published in 1960. Noddy and the Runaway Wheel, published in 1960. Noddy is a fictional character created by Enid Blyton, first appearing in book form in 1949. Illustrated by Peter Wienk. The Noddy Strip books were a reflection on the popularity of the original novels, with the included four being early examples of these popular stories.
Condition
In the original publisher's paper wraps. Externally generally smart, with slight creasing and shelf wear to the wraps. Publisher's wraps are detached but present to Noddy and the Runaway Wheel. Ink stamp to front of Bag of Money and Noddy Gets Captured. Internally firmly bound. Pages bright and clean with just the occasional handling marks and age toning, due to paper used.
