This novel sees Lam's help requested by a woman named Georgie Rushe determined to break up the so-called happy home of one Ellery Crail.

Condition

In the original cloth binding. With the original unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, very smart, with light bumping to the spine head. Dust wrapper is smart, with sunning to the spine and edge wear, resulting in chipping to the spine head and tail. Handling marks to the wrap and a large closed tear to the rear hinge. Internally, firmly bound with bright and clean pages.
