What Our Customers Say...

Description

Illustrated, Original Binding, Publishers' Original Binding, Scarce, With Dustwrapper

Second edition. With the vanishingly scarce original unclipped dust wrapper. Illustrated throughout. Fenella had always been frightened of animals, and when she heard she was to go and live with her uncle who looked after bears for Mr. Carl Crack's Circus, she felt rather miserable. But before long she would make all sorts of new friends, some circus folk and even some animals. Written by Enid Mary Blyton, an English children's writer whose books have been worldwide bestsellers since the 1930s. She is best remembered for her Noddy, Famous Five, Secret Seven, the Five Find-Outers, and Malory Towers books. Illustrated by Joyce A. Johnson, an English artist and illustrator.

Condition

In the original green cloth binding. Externally, excellent. Original unclipped dust wrapper is smart with light wear and the odd small closed tear to the extremities. Minor sunning to the spine with the odd small mark. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with light scattered spotting. Bookseller's label to the front pastedown.
