With an ink inscription to Volume II noting that these books were bought with the money received for three drawings made for 'The Genus Fritillaria' by Miss C. Beck, referring to 'Fritillaries' by Christabel Beck.
Condition
In the original cloth binding. Externally, very smart with light bumping to the extremities. Light marks to the boards. Internally, firmly bound with generally bright and clean pages. With a contemporary gift bookplate dedicated to Ricardo Franciso Hobbs, given by his teacher at Eton, to the front free endpaper of volume I. With a neat ink inscription to volume II.
