In the original unclipped dust wrapper. In the original cloth binding. 

A quippy satire suggesting various paths for a post-war woman to take. This comes suitably after the famous war effort, where the stereotypes of women and careers had been highly challenged.

Sections include 'Gambling as a Career for Girls', 'Gold Digging and Sugar Daddies' and 'New Ideas for the Holidays'. 

Illustrated with colour drawings from 'Vicky'.

Condition

In the original cloth binding. In the original unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, very smart with shelf wear to the extremities. Light marks to the boards. Dust wrapper is sunned with handling marks to the wrap. Edge wear and slight chipping to the head of spine and front panel. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are generally bright and clean with the odd spot.
