A limited edition work, limited to one-thousand nine-hundred and ninety-nine copies, of which this is numbered two-hundred and seventy-nine.
In French.
A series of prophecies for the years 1944 to 1948, supposedly based off the predictions of Lamy of the Desert, born in 1507, though this does not seem to be a real person.
Illustrated with a vignette title page, and head pieces.
Ink inscription to the half-title, 'P. Delacroix'.
Condition
In the original publisher's paper wraps. Externally, the rear wrap is detached but present. Light edgewear to the wraps, with some chips, including to the backstrip. Wraps are lightly age-toned with some light marks. Front wrap as been adhered to the textblock with tape. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are age-toned and clean. Ink inscription to the half-title.
