Edited by Jose Garcia Villa, this volume includes work by Spender, Stein, Yeats, and Sitwell herself.

It was published on the occasion of Sitwell's 1948 tour of the US alongside her brothers, during which she recited her poetry, and gave a reading of Lady Macbeth's sleepwalking scene.
