With articles on seasonal foods, including fish and meats, preserving milks and dairy, different methods of preparation, and special recipes. Compiled by Nell Heaton, a British cookbook writer. Illustrated by W. A. Burton and A. R. Harrison.
Condition
In the original full cloth binding. Externally, smart with minor rubbing and bumping to the extremities. Light fading to the spine with the odd small mark to the boards. Front hinge just starting but firm. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with the odd small spot.
