First Edition, Publishers' Original Binding, With Dustwrapper

First Edition. Featuring a coloured frontispiece. Scott-King's Modern Europe, is a long 'short story' or novella by English author Evelyn Waugh, sometimes called A Sojourn in Neutralia. It was first published in an abridged form in the Cornhill Magazine in 1947, and the first American edition appeared in 1949.

Condition

In the original unclipped dustwrapper. Externally, excellent. Minor shelfwear to the boards only.Some chipping to the dustwrapper and slight loss to the head and tail of its spine. Tidemark to the lower edge of the rear of the dustwrapper. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean throughout.
