The ABC of Cookery (1945) This copy is a first edition of this instructional guide offering fundamental British cookery techniques and recipes for the post-war home cook.

Domestic Preservation of Meat and Poultry. (1958) This volume is a first edition, prepared by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the Central Office of Information, it is a government-issued manual providing safe and efficient methods for preserving meat and poultry at home. 

Pumpkins, Squashes and things……and how to cook them, by C. R. Upton (c1980). This copy is a charming booklet featuring seasonal recipes from Ralph Upton's famed pumpkin displays in Slindon.
