With a former owner's inscription, dated 1949, to the title page head.
Condition
In the publisher's pictorial paper covered boards. Head and tail of rear joint starting, with back strip slightly detached in these regions, but with boards firmly held. Boards lightly age toned to perimeters. Stamps to head of front pastedown. Inscription to title page head. Internally, firmly bound. Pages exceptionally clean and bright, with moving parts in full working order.
