Early Edition, Illustrated, With Dustwrapper

The second impression of this work, published in November of the same year as the first impression, in the publisher's original cloth binding, with the original unclipped dust wrapper. Richmal Crompton Lamburn (1890-1969) was a popular English writer, best known for her Just William series and humorous short stories. This work is the twentieth Just William short story collection, containing ten adventurous and amusing stories. Illustrated throughout by Thomas Henry.

Condition

In the publisher's original cloth binding, with the original unclipped dust wrapper. Externally cloth is smart and bright, with a little fading to the spine and very light shelf wear to the lower extremities. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean with just the occasional spot. Dust wrapper is a chipped to the head and tail of the spine, sunned to the spine, and a little creased and chipped to the upper extremities of the wrap. Otherwise, the dust wrapper is bright and smart.
