Griffiths Francillon, an English cookbook author and G.T.C.D.S., the Gloucester Training College of Domestic Science who often published cookery books.
Condition
In the original full cloth binding. Externally, sound with light rubbing and minor bumping to the extremities. Fading to the spine and board edges with the odd small mark. Small splits in the cloth to the head of the spine. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with the odd small spot. Contemporary pencil inscriptions to the front endpapers. With previous owner's bookplate to the front endpaper and the bookseller's label to the rear pastedown.
