    In the publisher's original unclipped dust wrapper.

    A fascinating collection of popular recipes from 1930s Ireland, arranged by month of the year so as to utilise seasonal ingredients.

    Including recipes for rabbit soup, snowball salad, roast ducklings, and creamed potatoes.

    In the publisher's original cloth binding, with unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, fine. Dust wrapper exceptionally bright, with light edgewear to back strip head and tail. Minor closed tear to rear wrap head, repaired with tape to the reverse. Internally, firmly bound. Pages clean and bright.
