This catalogue details alpine plants, trees, shrubs and herbaceous plants sold at Six Hills nursery, which was opened in 1906 by garden writer and alpine specialist Clarence Elliott.
Elliott was a founder member of the Alpine Garden Society and began the popularisation of sink and trough gardens.
Condition
In the publisher's stapled wraps. Externally, wrap is browned, as issued, with slight edge wear and a minor chip to the front cover's corner. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and generally clean, with a couple spots to the first and last page.
