With chapters on the early history and manor, the parish church, vicars and the vicarage, nonconformity, and the village before and after the great fire. Written by Rev. J. H. Marlow, an English clergyman and local historian.
Condition
In the original quarter cloth binding with paper covered boards. Externally, smart with light bumping to the extremities and the odd small mark to the boards. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean throughout.
