Condition
In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally very smart with only minor shelf wear and some bumping to the head and tail of the spine and extremities. With the book society bookplate to the front free endpaper. The dust wrapper is price clipped and smart with some shelf wear and chipping, as well as a minor loss to the head of the spine, which is slightly sunned. Internally, firmly bound. With a faint minor spotting only to the first and last few leaves; otherwise, the pages are bright and clean. Illustrated with nine plates and four maps, one of which is folding. Collated, complete, with the frontispiece loose but present.
