A collection of three hundred recipes "for the use of invalids, convalescents, and children", compiled for the use of those who are responsible for providing food and beverages for the sick. The recipes are intended to provide the maximum amount of food value from simple reparation. Written by Dorothy Sewart. With an introduction by J. W. McNee, a British physician at University College Hospital, London.

Condition

In the original full cloth binding. Externally, smart with light rubbing and minor bumping to the extremities. Minor fading to the spine. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with the odd small spot. Light spotting to the first and last few pages. An orange sticker to the front pastedown.
