    The first edition, first impression, with 'first printing 1935' to title page verso.

    A movie mogul, women's hockey player and Hollywood starlet are about the luxurious ocean liner the S.S. Atlantic alongside the amiable Monty Bodkin, the nephew of Sir Gregory Parsloe-Parsloe, who had previously appeared in Wodehouse's 'Heavy Weather'.

    Small inscription to front free endpaper head.

    Eight pages of adverts to the rear.

    Condition

    In the publisher's original cloth binding. Back strip lightly age toned, with boards bright. Small mark to front board. Front hinge strained, but firmly held. Inscription to front free endpaper. Internally, firmly bound. Pages clean and bright.
