A bibliographical study of English books, produced across history, which had been published with colour plates. This was the first systematic complication on the subject.

Condition

In the original publisher's cloth binding, in a custom unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, generally smart. Dampstain to the head of the boards and to the spine. Prior owner's ink inscription to the front paste down. Light edge wear and handling marks to the dust wrapper. Ink to the front wrap. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
