Written by John Hampson, an English novelist and prominent member of a Birmingham Group of working-class authors, best known for his 1931 novel 'Saturday Night at the Greyhound', a Hogarth Press publication.
Condition
In the original cloth binding. Externally, very smart, with mild rubbing to the extremities only. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and generally clean, with the odd spot to the first and last few pages.
