First Edition, Publishers' Original Binding, With Dustwrapper

The first edition, second impression, published in the same month as the first impression.

In the original unclipped later issue dust wrapper, dust wrapper is around c1970s. 

'Parker Pyne Investigates' is a series of short stories featuring Christie's detective James Parker Pyne.

Containing a total of twelve stories, including 'The Case of the Distressed Lady', 'Have You Got Everything You Want?', and 'The Pearl of Price'.

Agatha Christie is one of the most prolific and successful detective writers of her time, writing sixty-six detective novels in total. She is best known for her protagonists Hercule Poirot and Miss Marple.

Condition

In the original publisher's cloth binding, in the original publisher's later issue unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, smart. Very light bumping and fading to the head and tail of the spine. Minor edge wear to the dust wrapper, with tape repairs. Wraps are a little spotted with handling marks and light rubbing. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
