    First Edition, Illustrated, Publishers' Original Binding

    The first edition of this delightful retelling of the Little Red Riding Hood fairy tale, with this example being authored and illustrated by the 'Staff of the Walt Disney Studios'.

    With full page and vignette monochrome illustrations throughout.

    This charming iteration is illustrated in the classic Disney style, produced in the same year as the release of the 'Silly Symphonies' short animated film 'The Big Bad Wolf'.

    Condition

    In the publisher's original cloth backed pictorial paper covered boards. Minor cockling to head of front board. A touch of fraying to back strip tail, with rubbing resulting in losses of paper to rear board. Internally, firmly bound. Spotting to title page, with pages otherwise clean and bright.
