'Orden', with two hundred and eighty seven colour illustrations. Collated, complete.
Waldorf-Astoria-Zigarettenfabrik was a German tobacco company, founded in 1906, liquidated in 1929. Their cigarette cards depicted the most famous orders and awards available within the German military.
'Der Bunte Rock', with two hundred and fifty two colour illustrations. Collated, complete.
Haus Neuerburg was a leading German cigarette company, based in Cologne. The company ran from 1866 to 1957. Their cigarette cards show the uniforms of the German military in the nineteenth century.
Condition
In the original publisher's paper wraps. Externally, generally smart, with light edge wear and a few minor marks. Head of the spine of 'Orden' is lifting. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
