Comprised of:

'Something Fresh' (1933), the fifteenth edition. First published in 1915. This novel follows the story of Ashe Marson and Joan Valentine as they seek a fresh challenge in life after realising they both work for the same, unfulfilling publishing company.

'Uneasy Money' (1934), the seventeenth edition. First published in 1917. This entertaining tale follows William Chalmers who moves to America in search of a fortune in order to marry his beautiful fiancee, Claire Fenwick.

Written by English novelist and celebrated humorist, P. G. Wodehouse, known for his amusing approach to writing, and for the creation of many beloved characters, including Jeeves and Wooster.

Condition

Bound in the publisher's cloth with the original, unclipped dust wrappers. Externally, smart, with light bumping to the extremities and the odd mark. A little fading to spines. Inscriptions to front paste downs. Front hinge of 'Uneasy Money' is strained, but holding firm, and rear hinge failed. Marks to fore edges. Dust wrappers are sound, with light chipping and small tears to the extremities, causing small loss to the spine head and tail. Light marks to wrap, with tape reinforcing the verso. Internally, generally firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean.
