Early Edition, Publishers' Original Binding

First published in 1927, this is an early edition of this Christie novel.

'The Big Four' is an exciting Hercule Poirot mystery novel, in which he is assisted by Arthur Hastings. This novel also features the second appearance of Inspector Japp.

Dated 1931 via the British Library.

With an advertisement leaf to the rear. Issued without endpapers.

Condition

In the publisher's original cloth binding. Light rubbing to back strip head and tail and rear joint, with the odd light handling mar. Bookseller's labels to front pastedown. Internally, binding significantly strained to the centre between pages 124 and 125. Pages bright and generally clean, with the odd spot.
