A lovely example of Robert Bridges' long philosophical poem in four books, written in Miltonic blank verse, which meditates on beauty, truth, nature, and the spiritual destiny of humanity.
This was his final and most ambitious work, blending personal reflection with a universal vision of harmony.

In a half morocco signed binding, with cloth covered boards. Back strip just a touch age toned, otherwise externally excellent. Internally, firmly bound. Pages exceptionally clean and bright.
