What Our Customers Say...

Description

Early Edition, Leather Binding, Signed Binding

The second edition of this work, which was first published the year prior.

In a half morocco binding, with cloth covered boards, from Zaehnsdorf.

A lovely example of Robert Bridges' long philosophical poem in four books, written in Miltonic blank verse, which meditates on beauty, truth, nature, and the spiritual destiny of humanity.

This was his final and most ambitious work, blending personal reflection with a universal vision of harmony.
