A limited edition, being one of 600 copies published, and the first time these works were published, other than 'Journey's End' which was included in 'A Modern Miscellany'. 

Printed by the 'Scholartis Press' private press. 

Volume no. 1 of The Benington Books series, which are all limited editions and publish unpublished works. 

This volume features a collection of papers from John Brophy, the noted English soldier and author of works mainly inspired by his experiences in WWI. This collection includes a tribute to C. E. Montague, a serious of essays on Egypt, and more.

Condition

Inn the publisher's original cloth with the original unclipped dust wrapper. Externally excellent with minimal shelf wear. Offsetting to the endpapers. The wrap has sunning to the spine with minimal loss to the head, small closed tears to the extremities, and slight handling marks. Internally firmly bound with clean and bright pages.
