A gripping tale in which Nayland Smith and Doctor Petrie once again have to have the evil Dr. Fu-Manchu as a series of mysterious crimes spread across London. However this time Fu-Manchu is not on his own, being supported by a Chinese tong - the Si Fan.
Sax Rohmer was the pen name of British author Arthur Henry Sarsfield Ward, best known for his immensely popular series of thrillers featuring the criminal mastermind Dr Fu Manchu. Blending mystery, adventure, and espionage, his books captivated early 20th-century readers and inspired numerous film, radio, and television adaptations.

In the publisher's original pictorial paper wraps. Back strip age toned, with minor closed tear to head of fold over front joint. Light spotting to text block fore edge. Internally, firmly bound. Pages a touch age toned, with the odd spot.
