With chapters on disturbances of the water, steering, speed, curves, sheers, moorings, passing ships, grounding, and more. Including references in case of emergency. Written by Captain C. H. Lyddon, a pilot with the Suez Canal Company.

Condition

In the original card wraps. Externally, sound with light wear and sunning to the extremities. The odd small mark to the boards with loss to the head and tail of the spine. The odd small closed tear. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with the odd small spot.
