Stephensen founded the publisher of this work, the Mandrake Press, in the year that this work was published. Stephensen was a political activist, and also co-founded the fascist Australia First movement.

Condition

In the publisher's original dyed paper vellum binding, with yapp edges. Fading to back strip and board perimeters, with discolouration to fore edge and tail of front board. Bookplate to front pastedown, inscription to front free endpaper. Internally, firmly bound. Pages clean and bright.
