Written from the author's own experiences in the region. Written by General Sir Charles Leslie Richardson, a senior British Army officer who saw service in the Second World War and reached high office following the end of the war.
Condition
In the original full calf binding. Externally, smart with light wear and rubbing to the extremities. Fading to the spine with the odd small mark to the boards. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with scattered spotting and light age toning to the endpapers.
