A biographical account of the life of the nineteenth century poet Letitia Elizabeth Landon. This work, partially fictionalised, covers the mysterious circumstances of her death, where she was found dead with a bottle of prussic acid in her hand. 

In the publisher's original moire cloth, lacking dust wrapper.

Condition

In the publisher's original moire cloth, lacking dust wrapper. Externally very smart with fading to the spine, a slight lean and minimal edge wear. Minor offsetting to the endpapers. Internally firmly bound with bright pages and the odd spot.
